On the 2nd of March, some of the team from Vetasi Poland took part in a conference “Service Desk fit for a Digital Economy”.
Our client, National Bank of Poland shared with the participants of the conference the experiences and achievements of the Service Desk implementation (based on IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk). The presenter underlined the key role of Vetasi Poland in the successful implementation process.
One of the most unique features of their implementation was the integration with CTI. Among the participants there were representatives of polish banks, financial institutions, telecommunication and railway sector.
