Vetasi’s Value Added Project Management methodology is based on recognising this, Vetasi uses a Value Added Project Management methodology for all its projects. This implementation methodology has been derived from others such as Prince2, SSADM, etc. but offers a much reduced project burden to suit the size of our customer installations but nevertheless retains a rigour to ensure projects are delivered relentlessly to time and cost.

Vetasi consultants understand that one of the key benefits of Maximo is its ease of configuration and implementation, the methodology reflects that.

Implementation, upgrade, improvement and support of Maximo and Syclo solutions are the only type of projects Vetasi performs and we aim to do this as well as we can by constantly improving and learning from each project we perform.
