Vetasi run the Helpdesk for, and on behalf of, Syclo for all Syclo international customers and third-party service providers. This makes us unique in the provision of a single Helpdesk catering for both Maximo and Syclo product sets.
Vetasi's dedicated Support team provide practical and real life business support. This core support team is supplemented by our consultants, who rotate through the support desk.
The standard Vetasi Helpdesk package includes:
- Direct Vetasi unlimited telephone support
- Maximo and Syclo software upgrades
- Proactive monthly contact is made with all our clients
- All the support consultants have access to vertical market experts when and if required
- Under the guidance of our Support Manager, all our field consultants rotate through the Vetasi Helpdesk ensuring that the relevant industrial experience is delivered to our clients.
- Vetasi provides a remote support service giving Vetasi instant access to your system, which enables our consultants to have a 'hands-on' approach to resolving your queries.
Customised support packages can be provided according to clients' specific needs, which in turn results in a better service to our clients. Vetasi personalised support includes the following:
- Vetasi Support Manager allocates each client a dedicated named support contact: this ensures that our staff become familiar with your personnel, installation and infrastructure, thus enabling fast and focused resolution of problems.
- Vetasi are on hand to provide remote technical assistance or onsite installations for any Maximo hot fix, patch, or upgrade covering all versions, meaning your business solution, whether provided by Vetasi initially or not, will be up-to-date with the latest fix or update available from IBM.
- Vetasi's comprehensive Consultancy team can be called upon when required to perform work on-site from single day assignments to longer upgrade or business re-engineering projects.
