VARM Performance Monitoring for Maximo
As part of our enhanced support service, Vetasi can monitor your IT infrastructure performance as it relates to Maximo Business Process on an ongoing basis, using the latest Maximo performance monitoring and alerting tools from Reflective Solutions. The service reports anomalies in it infrastructure performance and enables the Vetasi support engineer to find the root cause of performance related issues before they affect your business.
We will monitor out of the box Maximo Service Requests, Work Order Creation, Assignment manager, Labour Reporting, Work Order closure in addition we monitor Maximo Purchasing i.e. creating a new PO, good receipt, and stock transactions as well as Actuate report creation variables.
The Vetasi Performance monitoring service includes a monthly report to the Maximo users enabling verification of internal SLAs, as well as reporting exceptional conditions on a weekly or on an on demand basis.
