The 2021 South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA) Conference was held at the Indaba Hotel, Spa, and Conference Centre in Fourways, Johannesburg, which I had the pleasure of attending this past week.
It was a good change of scenery for me to be able to physically connect with like-minded industry experts again, to engage and collaborate with them, all with the same goal of expanding Facilities Management (FM) in South Africa.
