IBM Control Desk Mobile App
With the IBM Control Desk mobile app, customer service agents, field agents and managers/approvers no longer need to be at their computers to process requests. Supporting the Control Desk desktop portal, the app offers the necessary functionality users need to work on the run.
The IBM Control Desk mobile application supports multiple user roles:
- Manager / Approvers can process approvals on the go.
- Service Agents & Field Engineers can manage the life cycle of a service request from a mobile device.
- End-Users can search for solutions, create service requests and check the resolution status of requests.
