We know that offline digital inspections are a requirement for so many organisations and we’re pleased to be working with Interloc to bring their latest Inspections App from the Mobile-informer suite to Europe.
The platform, installed as a native Maximo Application, can be implemented remotely and very quickly. Mobile Informer delivers all Maximo Inspections functionality, and more, to a mobile device where it is clear and intuitive. Users never have to consider whether they are connected or not. As long as you are on Maximo 22.214.171.124 or later, you can start creating Inspections.

Vetasi Poland and Interloc Solutions (Interloc) announces the successful deployment of Mobile Informer for PKP Energetyka S.A (PKPE). PKPE had a need for a mobile work management solution that would allow their staff to perform remote work, and track their efforts within the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system. After evaluating other mobile solutions and approaches, PKPE selected Mobile Informer based on its superior reliability, flexibility, and ability to deliver the full range of Maximo functionality to mobile users.

This was recently reinforced with our new Vetasi UA office opening, headquartered in Kiev. We have been following the national discussion on the potential impact of Coronavirus and have come up with the following general guidance summarised below:
· We will be following guidance issued by Public Health England , notably COVID-19: guidance for employers and businesses (25 February 2020). Staff have been reminded of the guidance on ‘Preventing the Spread of Infection’ in section 5.
· Staff have been reminded of the recommendation to wash their hands for the time it takes to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ twice.

Martyna Ostapczuk from our Poland office visited the shelter "Na Paluchu" for homeless animals in Warsaw at the weekend. In place of sending Christmas cards, our Polish team bought supplies for the animal shelter instead. All gratefully received by the people and furry residents of the shelter, well done Martyna and team!

Vetasi has implemented IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system for GW Pharmaceuticals, with the system going live across their UK sites this month.

Vetasi Spain has had a busy start to 2020, with 8 new projects kicking off! Projects cover a variety of sectors such as Solar Energy, Transportation, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals across Spain mainland, Balearic and Canary islands. The team will be working on a range of IBM Maximo and Tririga new implementations and upgrades.

Our Vetasi Spain office has just celebrated its second year of trading and continues to go from strength to strength. Vetasi Spain is working with a large number of Maximo customers across varying sectors, including Renewable Energy, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Manufacturing, Facilities, Transportation and also recently initiated 10 totally new Maximo implementations.

While working with a national FM company, Vetasi identified a new Maximo Scheduler use case, not previously seen by IBM. Vetasi has raised RFE 136694 to help IBM expand the capabilities of the scheduler for customers with complex scheduling needs.
This Request For Enhancement is the end result of a great deal of work between the client, Vetasi and direct with IBM development. When implemented this will increase the capabilities of this product for dealing with regionalised workforces and help extract even more value from the system when dealing with secondary crafts.

Vetasi South Africa is again hosting the Maximo User Group Africa on behalf of Maximo Users in Africa on 20 & 21 August 2019. The aim of the event is to create a platform for Maximo Users to share experiences to the benefit of all individuals and organisations represented at the event. As the User Group is managed by the Maximo users for Maximo users, the focus of the conference topics at the event, is to have user stories that all can relate to and learn from. The main topic at MxUGA19 is “Industry 4.0”.
