Ten years ago today Vetasi was launched by Managing Director, James Prior. Then known as JF Prior Consulting, the company began life as a kitchen table start-up, but quickly expanded to become the largest independent Maximo solutions house in Europe, with offices in the UK, Poland, and South Africa.
Earlier this year, Vetasi was voted as one of the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2015, based on its recent turnover growth which reached £7.22m (YE 2014).
James recalls: “Our first customer was IBM, in the days before they had acquired Maximo, which saw us working as a sub-contractor on the BP Angola Maximo project. This implementation, which is still being used as an industry case study today, was a huge success and other projects with the likes of South East Water and Toyota soon followed.
“It’s been an incredible ten years. I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved and would like to thank all our staff and customers over the years, who’ve helped contribute to this success. We’re all looking forward to what the next ten years will bring!”
