Vetasi, an international consultancy specializing in IT solutions for Work & Enterprise Asset Management, are pleased to make two significant announcements: the appointment of Jaroslaw Lukasiewicz and Trevor Roberts to the Group Board and the appointment of Jaroslaw Lukasiewicz to the post of Group Chief Executive Officer.
The appointments acknowledge the contribution to the Group of the international offices which now represents more than 50% of Vetasi’s total business. Jaroslaw succeeds James Prior, Vetasi’s founder, who has grown the company since its inception in 2005 to an international enterprise, with over 140 asset management professionals in seven countries.
Jaroslaw is a business executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He established the Vetasi CEE operation 6 years ago and has grown the company from a 3 man team to over 70 consultants including establishing the Vetasi Ukraine office. Since joining the Vetasi Group, he has a proven track record of delivering growth by winning several large enterprise accounts in the Central European market and delivering highly successful EAM and ITSM projects. Jaroslaw’s appointment is well-timed, as Vetasi is currently rapidly expanding its business globally to meet a significant increase in demand for Vetasi’s best in class services.

Last year, James Prior launched a new strategy of developing a strong cooperation between the group subsidiaries as the first Group CEO and now I will have chance to continue this job to establish Vetasi as a global leader in the enterprise asset management market ”
Trevor Roberts joined Vetasi in 2009 and is the Managing Director of Vetasi South Africa. As well as growing the South African and African business areas over the past ten years, he has also expanded the Group portfolio by building an Asset Management Consultancy division and a Planon IWMS division covering Africa and Australia. By joining the Group Board, Trevor will represent the African business units as well as promoting the new business initiatives across the Group companies.
