DISCOVERY Limited, one of South Africa’s leading organisations, has selected #IBM Business Partner and Integrated Workplace Management expert Vetasi Africa (Vetasi) to implement the IBM TRIRIGA solution.
The Group will use TRIRIGA, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solution, to manage all of its real estate infrastructure and related functions. This includes the Lease Management, Project Management, Operations and Maintenance Management and Sustainability of Discovery’s head office and regional offices at just under 100,000m², as well as future requirements.
Commenting on the project, Vetasi Sales Director, Steve Botha, said: “We are really excited at the opportunity to work together with Discovery and help one of South Africa’smost recognisable brands deliver great value from its real estate portfolio. The first phase of the project has lasted over a year and has resulted in the replacement of an incumbent solution that Discovery had outgrown.
“This implementation will bring Discovery significant functionality enhancements in the areas of Real Estate Portfolio Management, Facilities and Space Management, Operations and Projects Management, as well as Sustainability Management,” he adds.
