VETASI CEE has signed and kicked-off the implementation project of IBM Control Desk for the Bank Pocztowy’s central office and all their branches.

The Implementation of IBM Control Desk will significantly reduce the risk, improve access to applications, workflows and communications, increase self-service capabilities, and enhance service levels for greater productivity. The implementation covers Request Fulfilment, Service Catalogue, Incident Management and Service Level Management (SLA) and the number of users is estimated at 2000.

Jarosław Łukasiewicz, Managing Director of Vetasi CEE, said: “Our experience in the banking industry, allows us to expect that the project will be completed in approximately 5 months.
