As part of Vetasi’s initiative to enhance our support processes, Mark Robbins, support lead and IBM Champion, was invited to present on an IBM hosted call to their support teams worldwide.

This hour-long presentation allowed IBM to better learn about the support challenges faced by business partners and customers in the technology industry and get direct feedback on its own support service.

IBM’s invitation is part of their wider, ongoing effort to ensure that they continue to be one of the world’s top support providers.
