Last year our team completed a major project to implement an integrated work and asset management platform for East Coast, using IBM Maximo. We are delighted to announce that a detailed case study about this project, entitled ‘Keeping maintenance and procurement on track with first-class asset management’, has just been published by IBM. This features in-depth analysis of the implementation itself, how Vetasi’s project team performed, as well as the impact that the technology has had on East Coast’s operations, and its plans for the future.
We would like to extend our thanks to East Coast’s Engineering Director Jack Commandeur, Chief Engineer Tony Brown, Systems Manager Andrew Gordon, and Maximo Commercial Support Manager Catherine Mawson, who all kindly agreed to be interviewed and allowed this case study to be published.
